At Hôtel Chagnot, we believe that a comfortable stay can also be more environmentally friendly.
As part of our application for the Green Key label, a leading certification for sustainable tourism, we are strengthening our commitments every day to reduce our environmental impact while preserving the quality of hospitality that defines our establishment.
In concrete terms, we take daily action through:
* the gradual transition of the hotel to LED lighting and the optimisation of energy consumption;
* practical initiatives to save water and reduce waste;
* the exclusive use of eco-friendly cleaning products;
* the development of waste sorting and the reduction of individual packaging;
* the promotion of local producers and short supply chains;
* initiatives encouraging soft mobility and responsible travel.
At breakfast, several individual portions have also been removed in order to reduce waste, with some products now offered in whole format and sliced directly by guests.
Because every action matters, we also raise awareness among our teams and guests about simple eco-friendly habits that help us build a more sustainable form of tourism together.
